Our mission is “to bring residents, property owners and businesses together to address the needs, issues and problems of the Gateway Community. 

The Association shall act to stabilize the community and its structures; act to revitalize commercial and residential buildings through adaptive reuse and rehabilitation; enhance community desirability and livability through infrastructure improvements and appropriate infill development; act to preserve the community’s unique cultural heritage; promote diversity and entrepreneurship; and assist those in the community to reach their full potential and during times of need.”
