SOUPER SUNDAY

Fundraiser for Pleasant Street Historic Markers

On behalf of the Gateway Community Association, we invite you to join us for our “SOUPER SUNDAY” fundraiser, on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, located at 213 Whittington Avenue in Hot Springs. Our mission is: “To bring residents, property owners and businesses together to address the needs, issues and problems of the Gateway Community.”

Guests will receive a sample of each entry and may then select two bowls of their favorite soups to enjoy at the event or take with them. Soup and contact details, including ingredients and allergens will be collected through our online Soup Partner Commitment Form. Participating soups will also be eligible for “People’s Choice” recognition.

Proceeds from Souper Sunday will help us place historic markers of former community leaders throughout the Pleasant Street Historic District such as Kenneth Adair, John Webb, and Rev. Donald Rice just to name a few. This will continue to support the revitalization efforts among the Malvern Avenue corridor as well.
